Michael Koch is one of the most experienced personal and small business Bankruptcy Attorneys in San Diego County. Mr. Koch represented bankruptcy trustees for over 14 years and had case management responsibilities for over 33,000 cases. Prior to that, Mr. Koch was an associate attorney at the American Tax & Law Center, San Diego office. Mr. Koch has extensive experience in the discharge of taxes in Bankruptcy. Mr. Koch operates an office where he works personally with each client to select the best game plan to solve their problems or offer personal estate planning strategies.
Mr. Koch is the Past Chair of the Personal & Small Business Bankruptcy Advisory Commission, and a Past Member of the Insolvency Law Committee, State Bar of California. He has been a guest speaker and lecturer at several continuing education of the bar programs including the State Bar Annual Meetings, the California and San Diego County Bankruptcy Forum. Mr. Koch is a contributing author of "Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy in California" CEB 2005.
